We are located at 12451 Metro Parkway, Suite 104, Fort Myers, FL 33966, between Grainger and the FedEx buildings on the east side of Metro, just south of Crystal. Our contact phone numbers are above. Most classes are in the afternoon and evening.

An Introductory Program is available for any course - $30 for two classes and the fee is applied to your program when you continue. Cross-training discounts are available, too.
Lee Wedlake also teaches tai chi for seniors for Lee Memorial Health Systems on Monday at 10 and 11am in the atrium at HealthPark. To enroll for that class you must contact the LMHS Share Club office at 772-6298. Courses are six weeks in length and are ongoing. This program is part of the Lee County fall prevention initiative. Next class starts Monday, August 9, 2010.
